Welcome to 5 Chapel Street, a delightful Georgian townhouse offering bed and breakfast accommodation in the Chesterton area of Cambridge. A short walk down to the River Cam, where you can watch the rowing club and also just over a mile from the city centre amenities, this B & B provides a friendly place to stay.

The 3 guest bedrooms are furnished to a high standard and feature en suite facilities, a television, Wifi access and well-stocked beverage tray with homemade gluten-free biscuits. There are 2 double rooms and a larger room which can be arranged with a super king size bed or twin beds as preferred.

The breakfast menu offers choices such as a full English, fresh kippers or Kedgeree, made with organic ingredients where possible. Special diets are accommodated with prior notice. Free on-road parking is available just around the corner and there are plenty of local buses to the city centre or Cambridge North Railway Station.

“As a response to the Coronavirus Pandemic and because we do not have space for social distancing in our breakfast room, we now offer a “room-only” option. Fortunately there are a couple of lovely cafés in the neighbourhood. Also, we are now the proud owners of a young cat. She is not allowed in any guest bedrooms (please discourage her if necessary) and I can keep her out of the breakfast room while you are eating, if required. However, if you have strong allergies you may like to reconsider.”
