Upperfields Farm would like to present the beautifully-converted Little Gaerfields Barn catering for 18 to 24 guests and ideal for extended family or group holidays, with facilities including a heated swimming pool, sauna and games barn. Located in a rural setting between Ross-on-Wye and the England / Wales border, the accommodation is ideally placed for visiting the Wye Valley and Black Mountains.

Once the hay store and milking barn, this property retains rustic features including stone walls, beamed ceilings and an inglenook fireplace, whilst providing all the modern facilities for a self-catering holiday. The extensive living area has a wood burning stove at one end, a kitchen at the other and a long dining table for up to 30 guests. There are also 2 sitting rooms with Smart TVs.

The 9 bedrooms include 2 on the ground floor with en suite wet rooms, one of which has been specially adapted for guests with disabilities, and 7 rooms upstairs, some of which have their own en suite facilities. Central heating and Wifi is available throughout and guests can enjoy al fresco dining or relax on the large lawned area. Hot tub hire is available if required.
