Big House Holiday Lets would like to present Holly Tree House, a grand Edwardian villa spanning 3 floors and offering luxurious self-catering accommodation for up to 22 guests. Nestled along the banks of the River Wye in Symonds Yat near Ross-on-Wye, it provides a quiet and scenic retreat for walking holidays, family reunions, or private parties.

There are 2 lounges with seating, an open fire and TV, plus a snug area and fully-equipped kitchen including 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers and a coffee machine. There is also a utility room, dining room with enough seating for everyone to sit around the large table and double doors opening out to the patio. The 9 bedrooms comprise double, twin, quad and family rooms with bunk beds and 8 bath / shower rooms including 6 en suites.

Outside Holly Tree House, guests can sit in the well-maintained gardens or relax in the luxurious covered hot tub and enjoy the views across the river.
