Bishopswood House

Bishopswood House is a country estate, situated in the Wye Valley near Ross-on-Wye and just a few miles from the Welsh border. Built in 1843 and providing a self-catering holiday home for up to 27 guests, with space for entertaining up to 84 people, the house can be hired for weddings, conferences or group holidays. Guests enjoy excellent accommodation and facilities including Wifi, beautifully-maintained gardens and ample car parking.

There is exclusive access to The Drawing Room with comfortable seating, a TV and wood burning stove; The Games Room with its full-sized snooker table and a selection of games and The Ballroom with a dance floor, where events and wedding receptions can be staged. The elegant Reception Hall has a sweeping staircase, conservatory and kitchen / breakfast area.

The house features 6 double en suite bedrooms, 6 twin bedrooms (3 en suite and 3 with a shared bathroom) and 3 single bedrooms (1 en suite and 2 with a shared bathroom). All rooms come with towels and bed linen. Additional services such as external catering can be provided. An optional drinks package, which includes real ales by the barrel, local ciders and a selection of wines or champagne is also available.
