Avoncourt Lodge

Ideal for walkers and cyclists, Avoncourt Lodge is situated on the Torrs Walk pathway and has a drying room for wet clothing as well as locked storage for cycles. This friendly family run bed and breakfast offers guests a south facing front garden with panoramic views of Ilfracombe, excellent accommodation and a delicious freshly cooked breakfast to set you up for the day. Each of our guest bedrooms is fully equipped with all that you will need for a comfortable stay including TV, tea and coffee facilities and a relaxing atmosphere.

Situated on a private road which is part of the South West Coastal Path, we are just a few minutes walk from the famous Tunnels Beaches with their safe bathing and fascinating rock pools. The harbour, sea front and bustling town centre are also just a few minutes away from the tranquillity of the Avoncourt Lodge.

Dogs are welcome for a small fee as long as we know you will be bringing one. Ask for a balcony room if you want to sit and enjoy the view with a cup of tea or a glass of wine from our guest-only bar.
