Greenhills Holiday Park is an AA 4-Pennant rated touring and campsite situated in the Lower Wye Valley on the outskirts of Bakewell in Derbyshire’s Peak District. Awarded Friendly Site Status by the Camping and Caravanning Club, and surrounded by 12 acres of open countryside, it is perfect for families and outdoors enthusiasts.
There are grass and hardstanding pitches with 16-amp electric hook-ups and scenic views across the wooded valleys and fields, accommodating campervans, caravans, motorhomes and tents. Dogs are also welcome to stay. There are free hot showers, toilets, a laundry room and dishwashing facilities available in the utility block.
The children’s playground and recreation field will help to keep the younger guests entertained and there is a dog walking field for canine companions. Recently refurbished and open in mid and high season, The Stable Bar offers a place to enjoy a drink, and Bakewell has various shops, cafés, restaurants and the famous pudding shops.
