Tanglewood Caravan Park

Tanglewood Caravan Park is a pet-friendly site offering self-catering accommodation and touring facilities, in a scenic rural setting at Causewayhead, on the Solway Firth coastline. This family-owned, friendly site is only a mile-and-a-half outside the Victorian seaside town of Silloth which has a beach, promenade, large town green, water park and independent shops.

There are over 20 pitches for touring caravans, each serviced by electric hook-ups, fresh water and drainage, as well as 10 tent pitches. Facilities include heated toilets, showers, a laundry room and chemical disposal point. We also have 9 static caravans for hire, each equipped with a kitchenette, gas fire and TV in the lounge area, spacious end bedroom and a shower room.

All guests can enjoy drinks in the bar, with a selection of live entertainment provided during peak times. There are lots of attractions in and around the area, with the Cumbria Coast Path close by for walkers and a golf course in Silloth. The surrounding flat landscape makes the site ideal for cycling, with National Route 72 - Hadrian's Cycleway also passing through the town.
