East Balthangie Caravan Park

East Balthangie Caravan Park, a few miles from the Aberdeenshire village of New Byth, offers a beautiful setting for exploring Banff and Buchan. Situated on the North Sea Cycle Route, just 9 miles from Turriff and 600 feet above sea level, it is surrounded by open countryside and wooded areas providing an incredibly scenic and relaxing location.

Open from March to October, the camping fields cover approximately 5 acres, catering for touring caravans and tents. Choose from fully-serviced pitches with electric hook-up and water points, those with additional tank filling points or wild camping pitches. A 2-bedroom static caravan offering well-appointed self-catering facilities is also available.

There are clean toilets and showers, Site Wifi, a kitchen and launderette available for guests to use. Pets are very welcome and there is a designated dog walking area on-site. Turriff, known as ‘Turra’ has many amenities including shops, pubs and places to eat and there is also an excellent golf course. Just a few miles outside of Turriff is Delgatie Castle.
