Ramblers Rest

Welcome to Ramblers’ Rest, offering bed and breakfast accommodation, licensed tea rooms and a restaurant in the Yorkshire Wolds village of Millington. Situated on a family-run farm 13 miles outside of York, we provide a restful haven for walkers, cyclists or those looking for a quiet rural setting. With Visit England 4-Star Gold rated rooms and delicious homemade food, including award-winning breakfasts, expect an enjoyable stay!

The bedrooms are in the converted granary building, with beautiful exposed oak beams and vaulted ceilings. Each room has its own entrance, a comfortable bed, en suite shower facilities, complimentary toiletries, TV, telephone, access to Wifi and hospitality tray for making tea and coffee. We cater for couples, friends and families, with the option of sampling our hearty cooked breakfasts in the morning.

The tea rooms offer light refreshments, a range of drinks and freshly made lunches. The restaurant is open for private dining and special events, accommodating 12 to 26 guests.
