Rose Cottage is situated in the village of Huggate, 17 miles from York. Furnished with a mix of contemporary and classic décor to resemble a country farmhouse-style cottage, it has a lounge with wood burning stove in the old fireplace, a conservatory, reading room, a kitchen-diner with utility room, 2 bedrooms which can be arranged with a king size or twin beds, a twin room and 2 bath / shower rooms.

The recently extended and refurbished Royland Cottage is a Victorian home situated in the village of North Dalton, which is mid-way between York and the east coast. It has a light and airy lounge with wood burning stove, fully-fitted kitchen with a dining area, 2 double bedrooms, a twin room with en suite shower, a family bathroom and an additional WC.
