The Wolds Retreat

Welcome to The Wolds Retreat on the outskirts of Pocklington village near York. A bed and breakfast situated in the grounds of Percy Hall, which is now a Buddhist Meditation Centre, guests can enjoy the 50 acres of grounds, delicious food at the World Peace Café or experience our meditation classes.

There are various types of accommodation available, including single, double or twin rooms; some of which have their own en suite facilities, or dormitory-style accommodation which can be booked per bed. All prices include a vegetarian continental breakfast to ensure a good start to the day.

The café is open every day serving home-made cakes, lunches and other refreshments, with a gift shop also selling books and souvenirs. Guests can book a tour of the house or join in with the many classes offered. Groups can also be accommodated and there is ample on-site car parking available.
