High Rigg B&B

High Rigg Bed and Breakfast offers a homely place to stay in the North York Moors in the village of Nawton, which is just 3 miles west of Kirkbymoorside and close to the edge of the North York Moors National Park. Friendly owners Kim and Mike offer a traditional Yorkshire welcome and excellent hospitality. Walkers and cyclists are welcome.

Both of the guest bedrooms are spacious with comfortable king size beds and en suite bathrooms. Each is also equipped with complimentary toiletries, a TV with Freeview channels, free Wifi, hairdryer and well-stocked beverage tray. Guests are more than welcome to enjoy the lovely gardens and there is always homemade cake available from our kitchen too! After a sound night’s sleep, a full cooked Yorkshire breakfast is served, freshly cooked-to-order. We use locally-sourced ingredients and our own fruit and vegetables when in season.

There is ample private car parking, and we would be pleased to suggest walks and places to eat in the local area. There are many visitor attractions within a 10-mile radius including the North York Moors Railway, Castle Howard, Nunnington Hall, Helmsley Castle and the National Centre for Birds of Prey. Dalby Forest is 20 minutes’ drive and York is around 40 minutes away by car, as is the Yorkshire coast.
