Penyghent Cottage

Penyghent Cottage is a beautiful 18th century stone cottage offering self-catering accommodation in the village of Selside, north of Settle. Situated in the heart of the ‘3 Peaks’ in the Yorkshire Dales, surrounded by stunning scenery and many hiking routes, the cottage accommodates 4 people and pets are welcome too.

Charming features include beamed ceilings and a stone window frame. Downstairs, the open plan living area has a wood burning stove in the original stone fireplace, a leather suite, TV, dining area and small kitchenette with electric cooker and fridge. Upstairs, there are 2 double bedrooms and a modern bathroom.

Outside, guests can sit out in the mature gardens and there is off-road parking for 2 cars. Settle has a selection of restaurants, pubs, cafes, a museum and golf course. The beautiful Malham Tarn and Malham Cove are a short drive away and provide breath-taking views across the Dales.
