Intake Cottage

Intake Cottage is an 18th century traditional Yorkshire cottage with an annexe sleeping 5 / 6 guests, located in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales, between the villages of Low Row and Gunnerside, with scenic views across the Swale Valley. This accommodation is perfect for couples, families or friends and those looking for a peaceful countryside retreat with lots of opportunities for walking, cycling, fishing and other outdoors activities.

The cottage retains its traditional beamed ceilings and flagstone floors. The lounge has a cast iron fireplace with a cosy open fire, comfortable seating, a TV and dining table. The country-style kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and includes a dishwasher. There is a main bedroom upstairs with a double bed leading into the second bedroom with a single and pull-out bed. There is also a bathroom, access to Wifi and a garden with a patio and summer house.

The self-contained annexe, Swallows Byre, can be booked separately or provide additional accommodation for 2 guests. It has its own double bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and roof terrace with stunning views across the Dales. Parking is available for 1 car in the cottage and 1 car in the annexe.
