The Ivy Barn B&B

Welcome to The Ivy Barn Bed and Breakfast situated in the picturesque village of Holbeton, 10 miles outside of Plymouth. Owned by husband-and-wife team Rik and Nicky, who also own the village pub, it provides a quiet and relaxing place to enjoy a well-deserved break in the Devon countryside.

The 6 guest rooms are situated in the beautifully-converted barn, with their own entrance, so privacy is guaranteed. There is a standard double and family room, a superior double room and the duplex family suite with king size double bed, seating area and twin beds in the open plan bedroom upstairs.

All rooms have en suite facilities, complimentary toiletries, a TV, DVD player and beverage tray. Some of the rooms allow dogs, with a comfy dog bed supplied alongside plenty of treats! Guests are welcome to sit in the garden and there is private car parking available. A hearty breakfast is served in the morning and we serve Devonshire real ales and ciders in the pub.
