Elberry Farm

Elberry Farm is a traditional Victorian-era Devon farmhouse offering self-catering holiday accommodation on the English Riviera near the seaside town of Paignton. Surrounded by open farmland and just 5 minutes’ walk from Broadsands Beach, it is also perfectly placed for scenic walking along the famous South West Coast Path.

Sleeping 8 to 10 guests, with many original features adding to its charm, the property has a spacious lounge with wood burning stove, comfortable seating and 40-inch TV, as well as a kitchen including a dishwasher and washing machine, separate dining room, master king size en suite bedroom, double en suite bedroom, a twin room, a family en suite bedroom and a family bathroom.

Wifi is available throughout the house and each bedroom has its own TV. Dogs are allowed by agreement. Outside, there is a walled garden with a dining area, as well as ample parking. The farm lies next to the steam railway which allows guests to see the train on its daily journey from Paignton to Kingswear. About an hour’s walk along the coast path will take you to Brixham or Paignton.
