East Prawle Farm Holidays have a range of AA 3-Star rated holiday accommodation including a cottage, static caravan and a family and dog-friendly camping site on the most southerly tip of Devon at Higher House Farm, 7 miles south of Kingsbridge and metres away from the South West Coast Path.

Higher House Farm Cottage offers self-catering accommodation for up to 7 guests, featuring an open plan living area with leather suite, TV, DVD player, dining table, kitchenette; 2 double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, a single room, bathroom and shower room. The cottage also has a garden area.

The static caravan is situated in a private area of the garden. It sleeps 6 in a double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, with a well-equipped open plan living space. The campsite is open to Caravan and Motorhome Club members and has electric hook ups, water taps, WC facilities, with hot showers available at the pub opposite.
