Lyncott House

Lyncott House is a welcoming and attractive Victorian-era guest house offering adults-only accommodation in the popular Devon seaside town of Ilfracombe, convenient for the town centre amenities. Guests will find elegant bedrooms, fine breakfasts, off-road car parking and excellent hospitality from owners John and Carol.

All 5 guest rooms are unique and beautifully decorated with a mix of classic and contemporary furnishings. There are double bedrooms, a triple bedroom and the romantic Rachel Suite with its bay window, seating area, in-room wash basin and en suite bathroom. All rooms have an en suite, TV, hairdryer and tea / coffee-making facilities.

A cooked full English breakfast is served in the dining room in the morning and special diets are happily accommodated. There is off-road parking, and it is a 10 to 15-minute walk to the town centre shops, restaurants, pubs, harbour and beach. Exmoor National Park is on the doorstep of the town and the area is filled with activities and attractions for all interests.
