Chambercombe Manor

Chambercombe Manor near Ilfracombe is a 12th century haunted country house steeped in history. Our accommodation includes 5 self-catering holiday cottages surrounded by 16 acres of grounds with gardens and woodland. There is off-road parking, on-site tea rooms, as well as manor tours and special paranormal events held throughout the year.

There are 5 beautiful cottages available. Laure Dene is a cosy ground floor cottage for 3, Rose Cottage and Courtyard Cottage sleep 3 to 5, Fuchsia Cottage is a self-contained part of the main house also sleeping 3 to 5, and Hayloft is situated above the tea rooms and can sleep 4 to 6 guests. All have a TV, DVD player and sofa bed in the lounge, well-appointed kitchen, modern bathroom and access to the extensive grounds.

The tea rooms serve delicious Devon cream teas, light lunches, delicious cakes, snacks, and tea / coffee, a range of soft drinks, wine, beer and cider.
