Channel View are 2 elegant apartments situated along the beachfront in Exmouth. The accommodation features long, south-facing terraces and panoramic views across the estuary and out to sea providing an idyllic holiday home for up to 5 people each. Guests have access to a communal terrace garden area and there is an allocated car parking space.

Both apartments are identical, one is on the first floor and the other on the second floor. Each has a spacious lounge with bay windows offering sea views, sofas, TV and door leading to the balcony with outdoor table and chairs; a fully-equipped kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer and dining area; main bedroom with a double and a single bed, a twin room, a family bathroom and additional toilet. A futon bed is available in the lounge for any extra guests and pets are allowed with prior agreement.
