Hue’s Piece Villa is situated on a National Trust-owned farm offering self-catering accommodation in Broadclyst, 5 miles outside of Exeter. Wheelchair-friendly and pet-friendly, the property is surrounded by open fields and countryside, providing a scenic and peaceful place for up to 5 guests visiting this beautiful area of south Devon.

There is a sitting room with exposed A-frame beamed ceiling, sofa, armchair, TV, and dining table / chairs. The kitchen is well-equipped including a dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a double bedroom, twin room, single room and a wet room. Wifi is available and there is a garden area outside with a picnic bench.

Ample off-road car parking is available, and the villa is only 2 miles away from Cranbrook Railway Station. There are 2 pubs and a restaurant in the village serving delicious food if you wish to eat out, plus paintballing, fishing and excellent scenic walks / cycling trails in the local area.
