The Linhay at Lower Chilverton Farm

The Linhay at Lower Chilverton Farm is a beautiful thatched cottage situated in the heart of rural Devon near Crediton, providing an ideal base for exploring the area. Visit England 4-Star rated, this 17th century barn has been lovingly converted to provide first-class facilities for a self-catering holiday, sleeping up to 5 guests, with pets also welcome.

The cottage has exposed wooden beams and vaulted ceilings, with a glass panelled wall offering scenic views and filling the barn with natural light. The open plan living area is upstairs, featuring a sofa bed, TV, DVD player, dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are downstairs, with a master king size room and a second bedroom which can be set up with a king size or twin beds. There is also a family bathroom.

There is free Wifi throughout The Linhay and laundry equipment available in the adjoining building. Outside, the private patio area has a table and chairs for al fresco dining, with access to the beautiful gardens and pond. Ample car parking is available and the Tarka Trail is just a few miles away from the farm for those bringing their bicycles!
