Hills Farm Stays

For a relaxing retreat in the East Devon countryside, Hills Farm Stays are based on a 17th century former dairy farm, in a scenic rural setting, just 2 miles outside Axminster. We offer 7 luxurious self-catering holiday cottages, hotel rooms, an on-site spa and a restaurant. Hills Farm Stays can also provide packages for group holidays, special events and business meetings.

All the cottages are unique and have been sensitively renovated from former farm buildings, with many characterful original features, coupled with a host of contemporary facilities. Choose from our cosy cottages for 2, to family-sized cottages for 4 or 6, or our most spacious properties sleeping 16 people, with hot tubs. In addition, our 9 hotel rooms provide the same high standard as the rest of our accommodation, including a Honeymoon Suite and Family Suite.

Guests can enjoy a menu of excellent food at The Hills Farm Stays Kitchen or enjoy a drink in the bar which has over 50 gin varieties! The Spa has a jacuzzi, sauna, relaxation room and range of holistic treatments courtesy of certified therapists.
