Barbican Reach Guest House

The Barbican Reach is a period guest house ideally located approximately 60 yards from the Barbican quayside with numerous shops, restaurants and pubs nearby. This is a family-run establishment with convivial hosts Sue and Rob always offering a friendly and warm welcome. The Barbican Reach is within walking distance of many Plymouth attractions such as the shopping district, Royal William Yard and Plymouth University. There is convenient on-street parking, with permits available from reception.

Bedrooms are beautifully presented and include a Freeview TV, Wifi and tea and coffee-making facilities. We have 1 single room, 2 twin, 2 double, 2 superior double and 2 family rooms which sleep up to 4 people; all en-suite or with private shower and toilet facilities. An iron and ironing board are available. Our price includes a superb breakfast conjured up by Rob; a perfect way to start your day!
