East Lodge Cottage

East Lodge Cottage is a beautiful detached stone cottage overlooking a meadow and the Wye River on the outskirts of Bakewell in Derbyshire. Offering a peaceful and scenic location, yet only 5 minutes’ walk from the town centre amenities, this accommodation provides the perfect self-catering holiday home for up to 4 guests and dogs are welcome too!

The living room is comfortably furnished with sofas, a log burning stove, TV, DVD player and features the original cottage wooden floor. The kitchen has a beamed ceiling and is fully-equipped for your stay. There is also a laundry room and upstairs, a double bedroom, twin room and family bathroom with bathtub and shower. Wifi is available.

Guests can enjoy al fresco dining in the paved garden with its outdoor furniture and barbeque, plus there is parking for 2 cars and a shed for bikes and other outdoors equipment. Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall are a short drive away, and there are many lovely shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs and river walks in the town.
