Saffron House

A warm welcome awaits guests staying in the Saffron House Hotel from owners Diane and Dave. This family run guesthouse is in a former 17th Century farmhouse and has a charming character about it. Pets are also welcome to stay.

There are seven rooms available, all have en-suite facilities, television (some with dvd), tea & coffee making facilities, hairdryers, free wifi and full central heating. Some of our rooms have outstanding views of the sea or countryside. Then in the morning you can enjoy a delicious breakfast in our dining room. There is a selection of cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, tea, coffee & fruit juices and a home cooked full English/ vegetarian breakfast if required. A 2 or 3 course evening meal can be freshly cooked by prior arrangement prepared by qualified chef Diane. Our ingredients are locally sourced where possible.

There is free parking for our guests and a fully licensed bar and sun lounge is available for you to relax in. On warm days you are welcome to use the outdoor pool. The nearest beach is five minutes away, with local pubs and gift shops nearby. Being on the cusp of Exmoor and many coastal walks, we are an ideal haven for ramblers and dog walkers. There are loads of attractions for children and families to visit including Combe Martin Wildlife park, Exmoor zoo and horse riding school.
