All of the guest bedrooms feature TV / DVD, free Wifi, tea / coffee-making facilities, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Double, Balcony and Family Rooms are available. A Full English Breakfast is served in the morning, with special diets happily accommodated.

Lynton provides cafés, pubs, tearooms, shops, a museum and cinema. It is a haven for walkers who frequent the SW Coast Path, Two Moors Way, Samaritans Way and Coleridge Way. Exmoor is a wonderful open space with moorland / woodland and is an International Dark Sky Reserve.
