All on ground floor level, with scenic views across to the Solway Coast and Galloway Forest, it provides a quiet and relaxing place to stay for 2 guests. The inside has been furnished to a high standard. The lounge features a 3-piece suite, TV and patio doors which lead to the garden. There is also an open plan area with a kitchen, dining table and second sitting room. The bedroom has a king size bed and there is a bathroom with freestanding bathtub and separate shower.

The utility room houses laundry facilities and the house has access to Wifi and central heating is available throughout. Outside, the private garden has a hot tub, lawn, seating area and barbeque. Ample car parking is available and there is secure storage for bicycles.
