Lennox

Lennox is a well-appointed wooden chalet offering self-catering accommodation on the shores of the Solway Firth at Southerness. Opening out onto the beach, with uninterrupted views across the water towards the landscapes of the Lake District, it provides a peaceful and scenic place to stay for up to 6 guests.

The open plan living area has floor-to-ceiling windows which open out onto outdoor decking, and this room is equipped with a sofa, armchairs, TV, dining table and kitchenette with washing machine. There are 3 bedrooms; a double, a twin and a room with bunk beds, plus a family bathroom.

Southerness is a small coastal village. In the local area is the decommissioned Southerness Lighthouse, golf courses and Criffel is situated to the north, the highest hill for miles. Climbing, fishing, mountain biking and walking are popular in the local area. Dumfries is 14 miles away.
