The Old Station House

Situated in a beautiful rural setting in the riverside village of the Bridge of Dee is The Old Station House, offering bed and breakfast rooms in a former station house and self-catering accommodation in a converted railway carriage. Located just 2-and-a-half miles from Castle Douglas, we provide a perfect base in Dumfries and Galloway.

Our 2 bed and breakfast rooms are in the former Bridge of Dee Station House. Both are well-appointed with en suite shower rooms and have exclusive use of a beautiful conservatory area with sofas, Sky TV and garden views. A delicious breakfast will be served in the morning to ensure you have a good start to the day.

There is also our converted 1957 railway carriage for 4 adults plus 2 children. Featuring a lounge, fully-equipped kitchen, 2 double en suite bedrooms and a room with bunk beds, it provides a unique holiday experience. There is ample car parking for all guests and plenty of space for children to play.
