Galloway Activity Centre Accommodation

Galloway Activity Centre on the banks of Loch Ken near Parton, about 10 miles north-east of Castle Douglas, specialise in providing exciting and memorable holidays, with a team of expert instructors and camping and glamping accommodation. The centre has a range of activities to choose from including sailing, stand up paddle boarding, windsurfing, kayaking, combat laser tag games, archery, mountain biking, climbing and much more.

Our campsite has 15 pitches for tents, campervans or motorhomes, or we have our pre-pitched Safari Tents for up to 4, Geodesic Glamping Domes for 2 to 4, authentic Mongolian Yurts for up to 6, or timber-framed camping cabins. There is also the Bunkhouse with 5 rooms featuring 4 bunks in each, plus showers, toilets, a shared kitchen and lounge, which can be exclusively booked for groups of 20 people.

We also have 3 luxurious Eco-Bothies which are stylishly furnished wooden pods, powered by solar energy, with their own wood burning hot tubs. Sleeping 4 to 6, each has an open plan living area with sofas, small kitchenette, shower room and use of a 2-person kayak.
