College Valley Estate

On the northern tip of the Northumberland National Park, 7 miles from Wooler on the College Valley Estate is an Edwardian country house B & B with self-catering cottages. Surrounded by walks, cycling trails and with views of the Cheviot Hills, this accommodation is perfect for stopovers, short breaks or longer holidays.

The 2 charming and well-appointed bed and breakfast rooms are in Hethpool House. One is a twin room with en suite facilities and the other is a double room with its own private bathroom. A delicious complimentary breakfast is served in the morning and packed lunches can also be provided for the day ahead if required.

For self-catering, Coldburn Cottage sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms; Hethpool Cottage can sleep 6 with 3 bedrooms and Dunsdale House can sleep 8 in 4 bedrooms. All of these holiday homes have Wifi, central heating, laundry facilities, fully-equipped kitchens, modern bathrooms and enclosed gardens. There is off-road parking and storage for bicycles. Dogs are allowed in some of the cottages with prior agreement.
