Pear Tree Cottage

Pear Tree Cottage is a luxurious holiday home situated on a smallholding in Low Town in the village of Longframlington, between Morpeth and Alnwick. A former dairy, surrounded by beautiful open countryside, it has been refurbished to a high standard to provide self-catering facilities for up to 4 guests.

The large open plan living area has sofas, a wood burning stove, Freesat TV and DVD player at one end, with a fully-equipped kitchen at the other; separated by a dining table. One bedroom has a king size double bed and the other can be set up with a king size or twin beds. Both have their own en suite facilities.

Outside, there is a sunken patio with table and chairs for outside dining, relaxing and stargazing, with a large lawned area and car parking. This cottage is within easy reach of the beautiful Northumberland coast, Holy Island and Newcastle city centre is c. 40 minutes’ drive. There is target and clay shooting nearby. Pear Tree Cottage sits inside the Dark Skies Gold Tier.
