Hexham Racecourse Caravan Site and Self-Catering Lodge

Hexham Racecourse Caravan and Camping Site is situated alongside the track, just 2 miles outside this historic market town. Ideally placed for race days, it is also open to tourers visiting this beautiful part of Northumberland. There is also the Racecourse Lodge self-catering accommodation for up to 8 guests.

There are 40 pitches for caravans and campervans, with electric hook ups available, plus a camping area for tents. The site has clean toilets and showers, chemical disposal points, fresh drinking water, Calor gas exchange and a children’s play area. Guests staying at the campsite can also gain reduced price entry to the Paddock on race days.

Racecourse Lodge has a lounge, kitchen, 4 twin bedrooms and 2 shower rooms; also featuring a patio area outside. As well as racing, there are the famous Roman sites including Hadrian’s Wall and Housesteads Fort in the area, plus opportunities for a range of outdoors pursuits.
