Ald White Craig Farm

Ald White Craig Farm have 3 excellent self-catering holiday cottages to let, situated on a family-owned farm less than a mile from the market town of Haltwhistle. Surrounded by tranquil open fields and countryside in Hadrian’s Wall country, these cottages provide a wonderful base for exploring this historic and fascinating area of NE England.

Smithy is a former Blacksmith’s cottage which has been sensitively refurbished to provide a cosy holiday home for 2 people. There is also Coach House sleeping 5 people in 3 bedrooms and Shepherd’s Heft sleeping 6 guests. These 3 cottages have living rooms with comfortable seating and a TV, well-equipped kitchen areas and modern bathrooms / showers.

We also have Wrens Nest, which is ideal for walkers and cyclists looking for overnight accommodation. This cosy upside-down cottage has a basic kitchen downstairs and living / sleeping area upstairs with a shower and toilet. All guests are welcome to say hello to the farm animals including sheep, horses, goats, emus, rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens and ducks.
