Demesne Farm

Demesne Farm is located in the scenic village of Bellingham, on the edge of the Northumberland National Park, with the Pennine Way running close by and Kielder Forest Park a short drive away. Our bunkhouse and campsite provides a convenient place to stay for walkers, cyclists and outdoors group expeditions.

The bunkhouse can accommodate up to 15 people in 3 dormitories. There is central heating and Wifi throughout, with a shared lounge including comfortable seating and a wood burning stove, a well equipped kitchen / diner, toilets and shower rooms, drying room, picnic area, parking and secure bike storage.

The 3 dormitories have handmade bunks with their own lighting. Callerhues sleeps 8, Hareshaw sleeps 4 and Dunterley sleeps 3 people. They can be booked by the room, by the bunk or exclusively booked for groups. External catering can also be provided if required.

Our flat and sheltered campsite is the ideal location for both tents and touring caravans and we have purpose-built toilet and shower blocks on-site. The campsite is open from May through to October and the bunkhouse is open all year round.
