Welcome to Seaways Hotel, a friendly, relaxed bed and breakfast located in the lovely seaside town of Paignton in Devon. We are situated right on the seafront, just a flat walk to the local, safe child-friendly beaches. Paignton is ideal for fun-filled holidays, with the long sandy shores and the lively pier, but also, a bustling town centre and lots of fantastic attractions for visitors.

At Seaways, we have a range of en-suite bedrooms for our guests; some with sea views. All rooms are bright, clean and airy with a TV and tea and coffee-making facilities. After a cosy night, you will thoroughly enjoy our home-cooked breakfasts, which will set you up for a day of sightseeing and fun. We are able to cater for special dietary requirements. When you return in the evening, we have a guest lounge and newly-refurbished bar that you can relax in.

Paignton beach and Preston Sands are used for water sports including kite surfing and dinghy sailing. The reed beds at Broadsands beach are a haunt of the rare Cirl Bunting bird. Hollicombe beach, situated at Paignton's northern boundary, features interesting rock formations known as the "Corbyn's Head Member". Elberry Cove is used by jetski enthusiasts, while Saltern Cove is a Site of Special Scientific Interest due to its distinctive geology.
