Tomhara sleeps 12 comfortably with 5 bedrooms in the main house and a separate self-contained double bedroom above the garage. The house is 30 seconds from the beach, a minute from St Enodoc Golf Club and 2 minutes from the ferry crossing to Padstow.

The house has an upside down configuration to make the most of the amazing views. The main living area has lots of natural light from the wide folding doors and ceiling windows. It has comfortable seating and a TV at one end, a fully-equipped kitchen at the other, dining table in the middle and a sundeck outside. There is also a study and children’s playroom which can be used as an additional bedroom.

Downstairs, there are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor comprising 2 twins and 2 doubles; 3 of which open onto a terrace, as well as 2 bathrooms and a wet room. The ground floor also has a large hall, utility room, shower and WC. The house has a terrace and garden to the front, and a further terraced garden to the rear.
