This delightful guest house has been rated four stars by Visit England and conveniently placed between the beautiful beaches of Paignton and Goodrington. You can expect a warm and friendly welcome by owners Dawn and Steve who will ensure your stay is both comfortable and memorable.

All the rooms are superbly furnished with luxurious beds and linen. Each has en-suite, TV with freeview, fairtrade tea and coffee making facilities, free wifi, central heating and hair dryer. You can also opt for our extra special room with 4 poster bed. You might also want to relax in our guest lounge, or have a drink from our fully licensed bar. Then in the morning you can enjoy a scrumptious , choose from our buffet, or order a freshly cooked full English breakfast with options available for special diets. We also offer a 3 course evening meal should you need one.

There is free secure car parking on-site, but we are also close to local bus routes. Local beaches and parks are a short walk away, with the waterpark, and the stunning fairy cove not too far away. The zoo and aquarium are a short drive and a big hit with children and adults alike!
