Treviades Melyn

Treviades Melyn is a mid-19th century former granite mill offering luxurious holiday accommodation for 8 to 10 people, in a rural setting 6 miles from Falmouth. Surrounded by open countryside and fields, the house provides scenic views across the Helford River valley towards Port Navas. Sensitively modernised, with all the amenities for a self-catering holiday, the building retains much of its original charm.

The lounge is light and airy with beamed ceilings, a wood burning stove, sofas, TV and patio doors opening out to the terrace area. There is a fully-equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, range oven, dining table / chairs, and this room also has double doors opening to the terrace. The bedrooms consist of 2 flexible double / king rooms, a king size bedroom and a room with bunk beds; all with doors opening out onto Juliet balconies.

The house also has a utility room, 2 modern family bathrooms, a games room and an extra en suite bedroom with its own external staircase that can be arranged as a twin or king size. Outside, there is a lawned garden area, terrace for al fresco dining and ample car parking. Pets are also allowed at Treviades Melyn with prior agreement.
