Llywelyn Fawr is a large detached holiday home found in the popular village of Aberffraw, only a short distance from the beach. On the western side of the Isle of Anglesey in North Wales, the county town of Holyhead is only 9 miles away. Set over 3 floors, this welcoming contemporary property sleeps up to 17 guests and is dog-friendly!

On the ground floor, visitors will find a central hallway, 2 lounge areas including an open fire, as well as a spacious open plan kitchen / diner with a hob, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, cooking basics and long dining table. There is also a utility room with laundry equipment, plus 2 WCs.

On the first floor are 4 en suite bedrooms (x2 twin and x2 double), bedroom with bunks and a bathroom. On the top floor are 3 bedrooms (x1 triple and x2 double) with 2 en suites and another shower room. Wifi, TV, a welcome pack, cot, high chair and central heating are provided. Outside, is a patio, hot tub, parking and 7kW EV charger.

The local area has lots to see and do, including walking, cycling and watersports. Follow the Afon Ffraw River down to the unspoilt beach which is backed by sand dunes, one of the biggest dune habitats in the UK. There are coastal walks in both directions on the Anglesey Coastal Path, plus a village shop, pub, post office and café.
