Dee Valley Cottages

Dee Valley Cottages are two charming 17th century self-catering holiday homes situated near the River Dee and just 4 miles from Llangollen. Nestled in a National Landscape, there are panoramic views across the valley with the occasional steam train to be seen, puffing along the Llangollen Heritage Railway.

Both cottages have many original features including vaulted ceilings and exposed wooden beams which add to their appeal. Wagtails Cottage can sleep 4 guests and has many quirks. It has a lounge with an open fire, fully equipped kitchen / diner which opens out onto the patio, 2 flexible bedrooms which can be arranged with king size or twin beds and a modern bathroom.

Swallows Cottage can also sleep 4 people and has an open plan living area which opens out onto a private decking area, a twin bedroom on the ground floor with a wet room suitable for guests with disabilities, plus an upstairs bedroom with super king / twin beds and feature window. Both cottages have Wifi, fully-equipped kitchens and car parking. There is a large shared garden between the two properties. With so much to see and do in the area you will be spoilt for choice here!
