Bryn Rhosyn is a grand Victorian detached property situated in the seaside village of Nefyn on the Llŷn Peninsula. Set over 3 floors, the top floor has sea views. There is a spacious lounge with a TV, a conservatory with comfortable seating and a games table, a well-equipped kitchen with range-style cooker, dishwasher and microwave, plus a dining room with large table and ornate open fire. There are 5 bedrooms (x 3 doubles, x 1 twin and x 1 family) and 2 bathrooms. Wifi is available throughout the house.

Outside, there is an enclosed garden with a patio, terrace, table / chairs and a gated driveway with parking for 5 or 6 cars. A side gate opens onto an adjoining path, providing a walk down to the sandy beach. Nefyn also has a pretty harbour and the Llŷn Maritime Museum. The local golf club is set high on the sea cliffs overlooking Porthdinllaen Bay and walkers will enjoy Llŷn’s north coast path.
