Abercelyn Cottages

Abercelyn Cottages are 3 beautiful and well-equipped stone barns offering self-catering accommodation on the shores of Bala Lake in the pretty village of Llanycil. Refurbished to retain rustic original exposed stone walls whilst offering a host of contemporary facilities, they are ideal for a wonderful holiday with family or friends.

Tithe Barn 1 and 2 are both Grade II listed barn conversions with 2 en suite bedrooms. Barn 1 can sleep 3 guests in a double and a single room and Barn 2 can sleep 4 guests in a double and a twin room. The Poor House is the former Georgian stables and hayloft, accommodating 6 guests in a double en suite and 2 twin en suite bedrooms.

All 3 cottages have a fully-equipped kitchen including a handy dishwasher and washing machine; a lounge area with comfy sofas, LED TV and access to Wifi; a private garden and car parking. Dogs are welcome with prior agreement from the owners. Open throughout the year, Abercelyn Cottages provide a scenic setting for winter escapes too.
