Cleave Court Guest House is a beautiful Victorian house, centrally situated in St Seiriols Road in Llandudno. Benefitting from a recent refurbishment courtesy of new owners Rodney and Michelle, expect a warm welcome, stylish bedrooms, a guest lounge, garden with views of Great Orme and ample off-road car parking.

Our 5 bedrooms are located on the first and second floors of the house. They all feature contemporary furnishings, with blackout curtains, en suite shower room, toiletries, a hairdryer, safe and hospitality tray. Each has a double bed or super king size bed that can be arranged as a twin if preferred.

Buffet breakfast options, plus a cooked Welsh or vegetarian breakfast is included, with lighter choices and options for special diets available. Llandudno Cricket Club and both the West and North Shore beaches are an easy walk away, as are the town centre amenities and attractions. The railway station is also within 5 minutes’ walk.
