Beach Bungalow

Beach Bungalow is an attractive modern 5-bedroomed self-catering home situated in the scenic seaside village of Kinmel Bay in North Wales. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with the beach, harbour and local nature reserve all within an easy walk, this property is Visit Wales 4-Star rated and provides a home-from-home for 13 to 15 guests.

Guests will find a spacious living / dining area with leather sofas, a Smart TV, pool table and dining table / chairs. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a range-style oven, dishwasher and washing machine, and there is a conservatory with seating and a small library area. The bedrooms comprise a double, 2 triples, a quad room and family room with a double bed and single bed for infants. All have en suite facilities or a private bathroom.

Beach Bungalow has central heating and Wifi available throughout. Outside, there is a rear patio with barbeque, outdoor table and chairs and a small lawn where children can play. There is also a lawned area at the front of the house and parking for 5 cars. With prior notice, balloons or banners can be arranged for special events.
