Borthwnog Hall

Welcome to Borthwnog Hall, an attractive family-owned manor house and Grade II listed building dating back to the Regency era, retaining many of its attractive original features. Offering bed and breakfast accommodation and a self-catering cottage on the banks of the River Mawddach near the village of Bontddu, this is an ideal choice for a holiday in West Wales.

The bedrooms in the main hall are elegantly presented, with en suite facilities, Sky TV, DVD player, a fridge and hospitality tray. There are king rooms, rooms with estuary views and private balconies and the family suite for 4 consisting of 2 twin rooms with a private bathroom. Guests can also relax in the drawing room or out in the garden. Breakfast is served in the dining room with its large reef aquarium providing a focal point.

Behind the main hall, the self-contained cottage is the former servants’ quarters, sensitively refurbished to offer a luxurious home for 2 guests, equipped with central heating, Wifi, flatscreen TVs, a lounge and fully-equipped kitchen including a range cooker. The bedroom comprises a master double with an en suite wet room. Parking is available for 2 cars or more by arrangement.
