Swn-y-Dwr is a traditional stone property spanning 3 floors, with extensive gardens located along the river in Betws-y-Coed. A self-catering holiday home for up to 11 guests, nestled in the village described as the ‘Gateway to Snowdonia’, it offers a luxurious place to stay for people exploring the surrounding area.

There is a spacious lounge with comfortable seating, a wood burning stove, TV, Wifi, Bluetooth speaker, table and patio doors opening out to the balcony; as well as a fully-fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dining table. There is a twin bedroom on the lower ground floor, a double on the ground floor and 2 doubles and a triple bedroom with en suite facilities on the first floor. There is also an additional bathroom.

Swn-y-Dwr has a handy drying room for outdoors kit. There is a patio area with barbeque, beautiful landscaped gardens, bike storage and parking for up to 6 cars. The village restaurants, pubs and cafes are located just across the river, with plenty of walking and cycling trails, plus a golf course nearby, making Swn-y-Dwr the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing and fun-filled holiday break
