Arosfa Cottage

Arosfa Cottage is a beautiful self-catering stone cottage for 2 people situated in the picturesque village of Beddgelert. A 19th century former miner’s cottage, it is full of character with the addition of all the modern comforts. Located opposite the River Glaslyn and surrounded by the dramatic scenery of Snowdonia, it is ideal for walkers, cyclists or couples looking for a romantic place to stay.

Inside, there is a cosy living room with wood burning stove, 2 armchairs, Freesat TV, free Wifi and dining table; a fully fitted kitchen with integrated oven/microwave, halogen hob and laundry facilities in the utility room. Upstairs is the large double bedroom with stunning views and modern bathroom. There is an enclosed garden at the rear and on-road parking at the front.

Beddgelert has tea rooms, an inn and a restaurant and the historic cottage of Tŷ Isaf is now a National Trust shop selling local crafts and produce. There is also bike hire and guests can take the Welsh Highland Railway for a scenic ride into the mountains. Beddgelert is an ideal base for exploring Aberglaslyn Pass, Nant Gwynant and Snowdon. Sygun Copper Mine is also well worth a visit.
