Falcon Inn Painswick

The Falcon Hotel in Painswick was built in 1554, with its historic charm still very much in evidence. Our guests experience welcoming hospitality, stylish guest rooms and a fine restaurant. There is also a function room for weddings, other special events and meetings.

Each of the 11 bedrooms are individually furnished and include either double or twin beds, en suite facilities, Freeview TV, free Wifi, ironing equipment, hairdryer and hospitality tray. Some rooms have a sofa bed for accompanying children or offer views across to St Mary’s Church and the famous 99 clipped yew trees.

The Falcon Restaurant is open throughout the day, including for morning coffee and afternoon tea. Overnight guests will savour a full cooked Gloucestershire breakfast and all of our British-inspired menu dishes are created using the best of local ingredients. The bar serves a wide selection of drinks, including local ales.
